How to claim 

If you have found the same room for a better rate online, simply take a screen shot of the offer (including the terms and conditions, and date) and send by email, along with your full name and reservation confirmation number to reservations@celestavenues.co.uk within 24 hours of booking. We will process your request within 48 hours.
