What does the room hire charge include?

Our room hire charge includes the room only. We also offer a range of catering and audio-visual options to enhance your event. Please reach out to our team to discuss your specific requirements.

Do you offer a day delegate rate?

Yes. Our Day Delegate Package is available throughout our event spaces and includes:

  • Room hire
  • Data projector and screen
  • Wi-Fi access
  • Arrival tea, coffee and pastries
  • Mid-morning tea, coffee and biscuits
  • Working lunch
  • Afternoon tea, coffee and chef’s cake selection
  • Mineral water
  • Notepads and pens.

Is there parking on site?

We have a very small number of car parking spaces available for guests staying at Prince’s Gardens or Beit Hall. Unfortunately, parking is not available for day only guests.

Our campuses are ideally located close to tube, rail and bus links, and we encourage guests to use public transport wherever possible.

Alternatively there are a number of independent car parks or street parking options available (charges would apply).

Are your event spaces accessible?

Yes. Our event spaces are accessible, although some rooms and spaces are restricted. (e.g 170 Queen’s Gate due to its listed status). Please contact our team for more information.

What is the booking procedure?

From the moment you make an enquiry, you will be assigned a dedicated sales executive This ensures that you will have one point of contact throughout the booking process. Our team will guide you through the process of finding the right space, selecting the right layout and booking catering and audio-visual services, as well as bespoke décor, furniture and more. Specific terms are variable depending on the type of event you are hosting, please contact our team to find out more about the booking procedure.
